Imaginative and Romantic, this story reminded me of a Beauty and the Beast retelling but with a whole cast of secondary characters with depth and two main characters you get to know far more intimately than we know Belle or the Beast. In a land where it's a curse or corruption to be different, Prince Reardon does his best to prove that with love, all curses can be conquered and all evil put right.
