What a year! I released 5 brand-new titles in 2024, 1 audiobook, 5 re-covers of older books, and I attended 9 events around the Midwest. I was part of 3 multi-author collaborations, 1 of which I ran. 

By running the Tales from the Tarot collab, I wrangled a group of 22 authors, created a full 78-card tarot deck, which led to $2000 in donations to the SAGE charity. I worked with Sanctum Flames to create two series-inspired candles, and I wrote one of the books I am most proud of, CLERIC OF DESIRE, featuring a demi-gender awakening: https://mybook.to/clericofdesire

This has also been a year of loss as well as wins. My cat Helga, our baby of 16 years, crossed the Rainbow Bridge last spring, and we still miss her. But our new boys, Dante and Virgil, sure have been helping bring joy back into the house. They distract me while I'm working quite often, but I can't imagine a day without them.   Or without the support of my husband.

In other wins, I got to meet two of my favorite celebrities, Brandon Rogers and Grant Gustin. Besides conventions across the Twin Cities and in Iowa, Wisconsin, and North Dakota, I also traveled to Alaska and Las Vegas for vacations. And hey, I surpassed 400 hours in Baldur's Gate III (I don't think that counts my Early Access either, oops) and over 100 so far in Dragon Age: The Veilguard. 

I've been busy.

But honestly, the most rewarding of all this year was the readers I heard from and got to meet. When someone travels to see YOU, sends someone to buy YOUR books because they can't make it, gushes about YOUR work, recognizes YOU in any way, honestly, it's just never something you get used to, and I feel so honored every time.
